Spraire Lads Secretary Receives Leading Light Award

Spraire Lads Secretary Dave Scott received a Leading Light Award at the recent Local heroes awards held at Hardwick Hall. For more than 25 years Dave has been involved in local football forming the Spraire Lads which latterly became Spraire Lads and lasses when he was instrumental in introducing girls football to the town. Dave accepted his award in front of a packed audience which included celebrities such as former England Manager Steve McClaren. Well done Dave
