Spraire Lads 1 - 4 Coulby Newham (Sunday)
Spraire played Coulby Newham who were looking to ensure promotion to the Third division. The game in the first half was evenly matched but it was Spraire who drew first blood when a Declan Clarke cross was met by a Coulby defender who unfortunately headed into his net. despite this the game ebbed and flowed from end to end and Coulby equalised when a Coulby forward was first to react when he latched onto a loose ball in the Spraire goalmouth to see the half time score 1 - 1. The second half was all about the team who wanted it most and that proved to be Coulby as they put away their chances and Spraire squandered their opportunities. Coulby took the lead with an unstoppable shot and increased their lead further with another well taken goal. Coulby did manage to get another when Spraire lads stopped believing they were going to be awarded a free kick for offside but the ref played on to see Coulby go 4 -1 Up. So a bad day at the office for Spraire but credit to Coulby who had the hunger and desire to win this one. Good luck to Coulby in their final game a great performance from you today.

Just before half time Cameron added to his tally to see Spraire go in at the break 3 - 0 up.
